MIDWEST CHASSIS 82-02 F-BODY ANTI ROLL BAR - STRAIGHT STYLE FOR MWC HOUSING ONLY
Midwest Chassis 1-1/4 standard wall ARB can be purchased with weld-on chassis brackets or bolt-on chassis brackets and is built specifically to fit the MWC 9" rear. Third gen chassis can only use the weld on brackets, the bolt-on are 4th gen specific. The installation of our bolt on ARB is very simple. We use self lubricating bronze Oilite bushings. Don't be fooled by other anti roll bars that use poly mounting points that do not hold tension. Our ARB is available with chassis brackets designed for bolt-in or weld in applications.
NOTE- IF UPGRADING TO THE 1-1/2" ANTI-ROLL, YOU MUST USE WELD ON CHASSIS BRACKETS. THE BASE 1-1/4" HAS THE OPTION OF WELD ON OR BOLT ON CHASSIS BRACKETS.
NOTE- YOU MUST USE THE SUPPLIED 3/8" HARDWARE THAT COMES WITH OUR BOLT ON BRACKETS. THESE BOLT THROUGH THE FRAME AND REQUIRE DRILLING. FAILURE TO DO SO CAN RESULT IN BRACKET FAILURE.
NOTE- THE 1-1/4 THICK WALL VERSION COMES WITH GUSSETED ARMS, WHILE THE 1-1/2 THICK WALL COMES WITH GUSSETED ARMS, ADDITIONAL BRACING, EXTRA MOUNTING PLATE FOR THE HOUSING SWAY BAR BRACKETS, AND 3/8 HARDWARE.
