We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. Please call us during our business hours to pay via Credit Card for phone call orders. PLEASE state any color choices, model, year or any other pertinent information that would affect your order via email if you purchase online.
Shipping & Billing-
Billing and shipping must be the same address or we will refuse your order.
Illinois Sales Tax will apply on all orders shipping to Illinois.
At this time we are not shipping any orders to addresses outside of the continental (lower 48) United States.
If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request to return the item within 14 days from the date your order was received for an exchange or refund. You may request to return any of the following items for a refund:
-Any item that has been unopened.
-Any item that is defective or damaged
Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number is required for all returns. To request a RGA number you may email customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please include your order number and reason for the return when emailing us for the RGA number. This must be completed and returned by email prior to returning the product. All shipments without an authorized RGA will be refused.
For shipping errors or missing/damaged items, you have 5 days from the delivery date (verified by tracking number) to contact and notify us of the error. If an item is missing from your shipment we will ship out the missing items in the same manner your original order was shipped. If the customer wishes to have it shipped out sooner the customer will be responsible for any up-charges in shipping cost.
A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to any return that is not an error of our company. We will refund the original purchase, less a 20% restocking fee, for all unused items if returned with the original box and packaging (all in original condition), all manuals and accessories within 14 days of receipt. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Midwest Chassis Inc. is unable to accept returns of racing parts or custom-made parts.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. We inspect returns for damage. You can expect a refund within 14 business days of our receiving of the product in question.
All refunds will be issued via the same method accepted for the original payment less a 7% administrative fee.
Reimbursements are never made for storage fees, unexpected labor increases, or any other additional expenses related to the receipt of incorrect, damaged, or defected items.
No returns are accepted on parts built to customer specifications, or items modified by the customer. We will not give refunds or in-store credit on modified or custom items, NO EXCEPTIONS.
All sales are final after 14 days
Disclaimer of Warranty-
Purchasers understand and recognize that racing parts and services manufactured and sold by Midwest Chassis Inc. are subject to varied conditions due to the manner in which they are to be installed and used.
Midwest Chassis INC is not liable for any consequential damages, expenses or injury arising from the use, misuse, or improper installation of any product manufactured or sold by Midwest Chassis Inc.
Inventory Changes Or Listing Errors-
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to lack of inventory. If you want a particular color message us before making your purchase. We take phone, Ebay, & local orders and inventory can change before we get a chance to update the listing. Midwest Chassis Inc. is also not held responsible for posting errors on the web site and can not be held accountable. If you feel something is posted in error please contact us ASAP and we will fix it. email@example.com
Shipping & Handling-
We make every effort to ship orders within five to fifteen business days. Due to increasing demand of our products, it may take longer depending on the stock of the item(s) at the time or if your order is custom it may take even longer. If you need an order shipped sooner please contact us to check availability prior to purchasing online. Time in transit for some items may take 6-10 business days, but please understand we do not control shipping time frames. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery date and time is officially out of our control.
Certain products shipped via freight may also be charged an additional fee to cover our costs associated with building a custom crate. This fee in non-negotiable and is a requirement for all fiberglass and carbon fiber composites ordered.
Please note shipping costs for multiple items may not be accurately calculated when placing an order
through our web store. Please contact us via email to place your order to ensure accurate shipping charges are calculated. Refunds or credits will not be issued for incorrectly calculated shipping charges once the order has been placed.
If multiple items are ordered at the same time or going to the same address regardless of invoice status, we reserve the right to combine items due to expenses incurred of transportation and packaging.
Items shipped via truck freight will require a credit card on file with the understanding that the customer will be responsible and charged for any accessorial services/charges (use of liftgate, inside delivery, etc) that are not included with standard delivery and were added at time of delivery.
Inspecting Your Shipment-
Prior To signing and accepting any ground shipment or freight please insure it has been carefully inspected for any damage. It is the customers responsibility to inspect their shipment for any and all damages. If the packaging shows any indication of damage or mistreatment, please open it immediately and carefully review its contents PRIOR to signing documents from the shipper. If you or someone else signs the shipping documents without inspecting parts, nothing further can be done (a signature indicates the shipment is accepted as is). The purchaser may ask the driver to aid in the inspection of the item(s). If the item(s) have been damaged, the consignee (or the driver) must write a precise description of damage on both the customers copy and delivery company's copy of the delivery paper work. In an event damaged item(s) are discovered, please call Midwest Chassis (309)-382-6252 immediately so that we may initiate a damage claim with the shipping company. PLEASE NOTE: Midwest Chassis is exempt from any and all damages to any items) unless noted on the shipping paper work by the receiving customer.
Concealed Loss Or Damage-
Please open and inspect all item(s) within the shipment as quickly as possible. If concealed damage is discovered, or items are missing from a shipment you must contact us within 5 days of delivery date. Also, please make every attempt to leave the package, package materials and its contents as you found them when you first discovered the damage. Midwest Chassis is not responsible to cover the cost of damage we will start a claim with the shipping company.
Orders cannot be cancelled once a payment is received regardless of availability. If an order cancellation is agreed upon there will be a 7% administrative fee to cover transaction fees.
Any order changed after purchase will not receive a refund for the difference. Any amount left over can be used for in store credit towards the next purchase.
Drop Ship Orders-
Midwest Chassis is not responsible for delays on drop ship orders as we do not have live inventory if they are out of certain items or get immediate tracking information. We do our best to supply the customer with tracking information as soon as it is provided to us however in some instances product may arrive to the customer before we even get tracking information.
