Terms & Conditions
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must not have been installed and be in new/resalable condition. Returns in which Midwest Chassis was not at fault will incur a 25% restocking fee. If parts show signs of being installed or were damaged during return shipping, a refinish/powder coat fee will be charged.
To start a return and request an RMA#, you can contact us at sales@midwestchassis.com. After receiving an RMA#, returns will need to be sent to the following address: Midwest Chassis, Attn: Returns RMA# , 200 Lincoln Blvd, North Pekin, IL 61554.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Order cancellation
All cancelled orders will incur a 10% processing fee. Please do not place international orders if you do not have a shipping broker/address within the US 48 states. Order cancellations due to overseas shipping addresses will incur a 10% processing fee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us within 5 days of delivery date if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any custom, built to order, or special order items (k-members, roll cages, sheet metal, Optic windows, etc) are not eligible for return or cancellation. Garage sale/clearance items are non-returnable.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
